Overview

The Shrub Lodge is an easy, family-run base if you want to be in Victoria Falls without staying in the middle of the action. It is a 3-star lodge on a quiet suburban street, at 649 Rynard Road, set up for the waterfall and for days out in town rather than as a full-board safari camp. Rooms are en suite: a single, a double and a twin, with air conditioning and a view into the garden. There is a swimming pool, Wi-Fi, satellite television, laundry, room service and a restaurant. The front desk is listed as open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and check-in is from 2:00 pm. The same reservations desk also looks after Kamtengo Guest House, a separate self-catering house. Kamtengo is not on this property.
