Journey Overview
Zambezi Weekend is a short Victoria Falls stay for couples, friends, or anyone adding two easy nights before or after a longer journey. One late afternoon is on the river with Ra-Ikane. The rest of the time is yours for the rainforest, town, or simply watching the light change from a rooftop. You sleep at 528 Victoria Falls, a bed and breakfast in a quiet, leafy suburb about 2.5 kilometres from town and 3 kilometres from the waterfall. The house has a pool, a tropical garden and Treetops, a rooftop honesty bar looking toward the Zambezi. Breakfast is included. Dinner in town is not. Ra-Ikane takes a maximum of 16 guests on a replica of David Livingstone's exploration boat, with drinks, snacks, transfers and the park fees that apply to the cruise. The price shown is the low-season 2027 rate of USD 599 per person sharing, for travel from 16 January to 30 April 2027 and from 1 November to 15 December 2027. High season, from 1 May to 31 October 2027 and from 16 December 2027 to 15 January 2028, is USD 679 per person sharing. The package is sold for a minimum of two guests. Not included: Victoria Falls rainforest entrance, visas, travel insurance, tips, flights, and meals other than breakfast and the snacks served on the cruise. Airport transfers are not included unless they are the transfers that come with the cruise.
